Year 4 enjoyed a fantastic trip to the beautiful Bolton Abbey as part of their Geography topic on rivers. The sun was shining and it was the perfect day to explore the natural features of the River Wharfe. The children had the opportunity to observe and discuss the physical characteristics of the river and its surrounding landscape, making real-life links to their classroom learning.
