Today, Year 5 have been on an amazing trip to Tatton Park to learn about Anglo-Saxon and Viking life. We experienced real life history and learnt different skills people used at this time. We wove woollen braids, talked about trading, threshed wheat and ground it into flour and went to Viking Warrior School where we learnt how to make a shield wall and a turtle. It was a super day!
