Before creating our own bread, we became bread detectives, carefully examining and tasting a variety of bread products from across the world.
By using our senses, we investigated how ingredients, textures, aromas and baking methods influence the qualities of different types of bread. These observations will help us decide what characteristics we would like to achieve when creating our own bread.
