Our Fantastic Pizza Making Day! 🍕👨‍🍳

On Thursday, Year 3 proudly completed our Design and Technology unit by making our very own delicious pizzas!

Over the last few weeks, we had carefully planned our pizzas, thinking about the toppings we wanted to include and designing our perfect creations. We were very excited to finally bring our ideas to life.

First, we washed our hands and got all of our ingredients ready. Then came the fun part - making the dough! We mixed the ingredients together and worked carefully to create our pizza dough before rolling it out into a pizza base.

Next, we spread on the tomato sauce and added our chosen toppings. There were lots of different pizzas being made, each one unique and colourful. Finally, we sprinkled plenty of delicious cheese on top, ready for baking.

The hardest part of the day was waiting for our pizzas to cook! As they baked, the classroom was filled with the most amazing smell, making us even more excited to taste them.

At last, the pizzas were ready, and we got to enjoy eating our creations. It was wonderful to see our planning and hard work turn into something so tasty. The children were very proud of what they had made, and there were lots of smiles all around.

What an amazing way to end our Design and Technology unit. We had a fantastic day and discovered that making pizzas takes creativity, patience and teamwork. Most importantly, we had lots of fun! 🍕✨😋
