Making Pizzas

Year 3 Pizza Making!
What an exciting morning 3L had on their trip on Tuesday!
We started our adventure by travelling on the bus into town and then made our way out of the bus station, through the printworks, to Pizza Express.
The staff told us about all the ingredients we need to make the dough and the toppings. We learnt about where they come from and why using fresh ingredients is best.
Next came the best part - making our own pizzas! We spread the dough, spooned on the tomato sauce, and carefully topped it with mozarella cheese. The pizzas were cooked in the restaurant's ovens and soon our tasty pizzas were ready to eat - they were delicious!
On the way back to get the bus, we spotted a few landmarks and talked a little bit about Manchester's history. Well done 3L - you all showed fantastic behaviour throughout the trip and represented our school brilliantly.
