Year 2 had a fantastic time visiting the Lowry. We learnt about LS Lowry, looked at some of his famous artworks and his matchstick figures. We drew some pictures in the style of Lowry. We enjoyed the interactive Lowry experience where we learnt about the story behind 'Going to the match' and the people of Manchester that Lowry loved to paint. We also used recyclable materials to make some artwork to represent nature!
