Reception have enjoyed reading 'The Gingerbread Man' and learning about his journey. We used prepositional language e.g. under, in front of, behind, in, on, to describe his journey. Using our understanding of space, we created our own journey using the items from small world. Afterwards, we drew our maps of the journey and acted out and described our journey. We are looking forward to developing our map skills further next half term.
