Gardeners and Seeds 2025

This year, our Year 5 children have been tasked with a very special role as buddies to the Reception children, who are just starting their journey at Mount Carmel. 

As gardeners, it's Year 5's role to nurture and support the Reception children through their first year. They will offer friendship, encouragement and a helping hand.

The Reception children are little seeds needing care, love and guidance. 

Together, the seeds and gardeners will grow together. The Reception children gaining confidence and knowledge, while the Year 5 children will learn responsibility, leadership and compassion.
